One Light Workshop ! ! !

I have followed Zack Arias for awhile on Open Source Photo and really admire his photography and his use of lighting. His photography is so inspiring and his life story even more so. So I jumped at the chance to attend his workshop, One Light Workshop, when it came to Portland last week and I must say I have truely been inspired too and opened up to new lighting techniques and a different way of shooting photography all together. Here are some of my shots from that day that are pretty amazing, thanks to the great models ;) , and I will be booking more Senior Portraits and Family shoots soon hoping to use my new found inspiration and lighting techniques I learned !

Cant wait to try out my new equipment soon ! ! !

Angel & Brian's Wedding 07.18.2008

Angel & Brian got married at The Old Church and were such superstars in their engagement shoot that it made the wedding very easy. Its always great to get to know a couple and spend their wedding day with them capturing the beautiful moments that unfold. Brian also designs clothing so check out his gear coming this fall 2008 its called Divergent Clothing. Heather & Andrew's Wedding 07.07.2008

You know you have made a couple happy when they offer to spawn your love child! Oh to be young and in love and now married :) What an exciting time and beautiful bride Heather was.... and Andrew didnt look to shabby himself. After doing their engagement session I knew I would be working with models, but not the stuck up kind, the happy go lucky and in love kind. Seriously though Heather and Andrew are such a fun and adorable couple and it has been great getting to know them, sharing their gorgous Wedding Day with them.
