Leslie & David's Wedding 11.22.2008
Leslie and David were so easy to shoot during their engagement shoot that I knew their wedding would be so fun and relaxed. They offered their support during the months I was with my father in the hospital and I know that we will continue a friendship. It's been so hard to concentrate on work and seeing photo's because I think of photo's of my Pop and wish I had more of him and I together. He was always the photographer and then that passed on to me later in life during family events. I felt like I was losing my passion during the time he was in the hospital and especially towards the end when we knew he wasn't going to make it. But posting these photo's makes me realize that I have a gift, hopefully that doesn't come off as arrogant, and through my photo's people get to see what I see and it makes them happy. I know that as each day passes without him being here I miss him even more but sharing my gift with other's would make him happy and proud of me and that helps me get through the tough days.
